Sales Policy

All sales are final.

Payment Terms

Payment Due: All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date.

Late Payment Interest: Anything past 30 days will be incurring a 20% APY, calculated daily.

Collections Policy

FM Ingredients, Inc., reserves the right to send any party to collections without notice, in the occurrence that an account is egregiously past due.

Credit Application Certification

I hereby certify that the information contained herein is complete and accurate. This information has been furnished with the understanding that it is to be used to determine the amount and the conditions of the credit to be extended.

Furthermore, I hereby authorize the financial institutions listed in this credit application to release necessary information to the company for which credit is being applied for in order to verify the information contained herein.

These terms and conditions are effective as of the date of your signup with FM Ingredients, Inc.
